Two enterprise practitioners who decided to bring these tools to everyone.

We met working at one of the largest energy companies in America — Kendall in data science and analytics, Vince in data engineering. Together, we saw firsthand what AI transformation looks like at $20B+ scale.

We built machine learning models that optimize billion-dollar decisions. We stood up data science teams from scratch. We designed agentic systems that do the work of 20 traditional engineers with a team of six.

But we also saw the gap. The tools that exist at enterprise scale — the agentic systems, the intelligent workflows, the connected data platforms — almost nobody outside the Fortune 500 has access to them. Not because the technology is exclusive, but because nobody is building it for normal businesses.

Small businesses. Family-owned companies. Mid-market operators. They're running the same way they ran ten years ago because the consulting firms that could help them charge $500/hour and take six months to deliver a deck.

We decided to change that.

Our first equity-for-build: paying subscribers on launch day.

Before we officially launched RapidShift, we tested our model. The WWJD app — a full-stack faith and culture platform with 20+ features, a real database, admin panel, subscription system, and multi-language support.

Built by two people. Using the same agentic development methodology we bring to every engagement. Launched Easter 2026.

We didn't charge for the build. We took an equity stake. Because we believe in building with operators, not billing them.

What we believe.

BELIEF 1
"Context is the new capital."

Built internal capability compounds over time. Hired capability walks out the door. We help you build, not rent.

BELIEF 2
"Decisions, not tasks."

The unit of value in your business isn't the email sent or the report generated — it's the decision made. We automate decisions, not busywork.

BELIEF 3
"Humans in the loop."

AI augments judgment. It doesn't replace it. Every system we build keeps your people in command and moves them from operators to architects.

Practitioners, not consultants.
